Commercial Sales Representative
Location: Central Florida

DESCRIPTION:
WANRack is growing and has an immediate opening for two Commercial Sales Representatives to join our sales team. The candidates will sell services to small and mid-size businesses focusing mainly on advanced communications solutions including internet and connectivity services. As part of the sales process, create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations that demonstrate knowledge of the latest WANRack products and services. Promote the sale of bundled products to ensure the optimal solution for the customer. Sell with the goal of exceeding departmental financial and unit targets. Stay abreast of the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to best position WANRack in the marketplace.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Territory development to include the development of local business partnerships and organizational affiliations and local enhancement of positioning and brand.
Maintaining quality sales records and preparation of sales and activity reports as required in Salesforce.
Responsible for Customer Satisfaction and supporting a positive impression of the WANRack Experience.
New acquisition sales of small and mid-size businesses.
Generation of new leads with targeted businesses through various prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships.
Identify improvement areas through a consultative process that would enhance our prospect’s ability to communicate more effectively both internally and externally to their customers.
Effectively manage a territory with high activity and a comprehensive business plan.
Management of defined Territory to include development of local business partnerships and organizational affiliations and local enhancement of WANRack positioning and brand.
Team with technical, customer service, and related support staff to ensure end-to-end customer sales and satisfaction and thereby drive new revenue growth.
Consistently maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects that will yield production levels of monthly quota performance and above.
REQUIREMENTS:
Successfully obtained a Bachelor’s degree.
Prefer 3 years of telecommunication sales
Experienced (1 year) in a BDR/SDR role and comfortable with outbound engagement activities since this will be the biggest lead generator.
Motivated to achieve our ambitious goals and rely on teamwork.
Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow and excel in their role
Comfortable qualifying and deep diving into each customer’s businesses processes, challenges and consulting them via phone or online
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Able to travel as needed.
