DOUG DERSTINE

Doug Derstine joined WANRack in October of 2023 as the Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Derstine is a veteran of the telecommunications industry and brings an extensive background in corporate strategy, M&A; sales, service and operations; Mr. Derstine leads the company as it continues the strategic expansion of its fiber-optic network into the enterprise, consumer, government and education markets.

Mr. Derstine brings more than 25 years of telecommunications executive management experience; prior to joining WANRack he was COO at FirstLight Fiber, where he was responsible for leading all aspects of Sales, Service, Network and Construction Operations. Mr. Derstine’s experience also includes serving as President of Windstream Communications, Market Development and Integrated Solutions Groups, prior to that President of PAETEC’s Wholesale Services and Managed Services Groups, and prior to that he was the CEO/Founder of AMLL Acquisition Corp. DBA American Long Lines which he sold to PAETEC.

Mr. Derstine has served on several non-profit Boards including, New Jersey Technology Council, Ronald McDonald House of SNJ and the Moravian College Leadership Council

Mr. Derstine holds a BS from Moravian College in Business Management.
