WANRack Officially Completes Acquisition of KwiKom Communications
WANRack, LLC (“WANRack”), a Kansas City-based private fiber network provider, announces the completion of its acquisition of KwiKom Communications (“KwiKom”).
WANRack’s core business is based on developing private fiber networks for the K-12 education space but has recently began broadening its offerings to include public private partnerships, community anchor institutions, and wireless backhaul. The Kansas City-based company has active networks in 23 states and counting. This acquisition adds the capabilities of Fiber to The Home (FTTH) and Business-Class Services to the portfolio.
Founded in 2010, KwiKom’s portfolio includes residential and business services over fiber and fixed wireless. The ever-growing fixed wireless network spans over 30,000 square miles across 75 counties. KwiKom’s network services homes and businesses across multiple markets in Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, and Oklahoma.
