Senior Staff Accountant

DESCRIPTION:
WANRack, LLC is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our growing company recently acquired by a large private equity firm. You will be an integral part of the Finance organization, helping to develop the financial infrastructure necessary for scalable growth. Our company You will have the opportunity to interface directly with senior business leaders. In doing so, you will be assisting with for various accounting functions, including Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Billing, Cash Flow Maintenance, etc.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Core responsibilities include owning employee expense software (Concur), reconciling bank / credit card accounts, reconciling / monitoring inventory, processing customer deposits, and assisting in other various accounting functions (monthly ledger reconciliations, sales tax returns, etc.).
This role will be challenged in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Following a recent acquisition, WANRack is amidst refining our accounting processes to provide comprehensive solutions for our company and subsidiary to scale. In addition to this person’s day-to-day, our accounting team is challenged with various ongoing projects (software implementations, automation initiatives, internal control enhancements, etc.). This person will champion some of these projects and play a supporting role in others.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
2+ years’ Accounting Experience (Public or Private)
Familiarity with booking journal entries and basic financial statement reporting.
Ability to problem solve and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Proven ability to interact and influence effectively with all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated proficiency in Excel and NetSuite.
CPA certification is not required but preferred.
Compensation:
On Target Earnings $75,000 - $80,000
